Siemon launches network infrastructure site for Middle East

Global structured cabling experts Siemon have launched a new website specifically for the Middle East region.

Available at www.siemon.com/middleeast the site hosts expert technical insight and advice on various subjects across the physical layer – from total cost of ownership of copper cabling systems to cabling choices in the data centre. A range of white papers and brief video training modules are available for download as well as comprehensive product information on Siemon’s broad range of copper and fibre structured cabling systems.

The site also offers a number of educational e-books for free download. These include a real world guide to category 7a cabling, with articles and case studies.

A key feature of the site is the extensive electronic product catalogue which lists all of Siemon’s key systems currently available including category7A/Class FA TERA®, 10G 6A Z-MAX™ F/UTP and UTP, intelligent infrastructure management solutions, 10Gb/s and 1Gb/s fibre optic, System 6® and Premium 5e® as well as Siemon cabling solutions for the data centre.

The catalogue is searchable in system format or by product groups and has a quick view summary to allow the features of differing systems to be easily compared. Part numbers are provided to support a quick ordering process.

Newly launched cabling solutions, such as Siemon’s high performing category 6A Z-MAX system and the high density data centre solution VersaPOD are announced via a dedicated product page that is accessible straight from the homepage and provides a summary of the key product features and benefits at a glance.

Brochures and product specification sheets are available for download and the site is regularly updated with latest product content.
